Winbridge Tech Ltd. is an information technology-enabled service company. We provide vendor and client support to the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia through information technology, enabling them to grow effectively through international labor.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company services also analyzing vendor products to ensure it meets all client requirements.
  • Communicate with client relationship & field representative team in order to ensure service requirements are met.
  • Identify areas of opportunity that may contribute to increasing work order value.
  • Training and guiding business development staff.
  • Providing insight into overall service development and competitive positioning.
  • Invoicing a work order to a vendor after successful completion of a work order.
  • Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.


Skills Requirements:

  • Willing to do Full Time-Night Shift
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and Written)
  • Computer skills, Quality Control/ Inspect.
  • Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and verbally.
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities so as to use time efficiently.
  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
  • Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, and respond to management direction.
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office.
  • The typing speed must be wpm 50.


  • Additional Requirements:

    • 20-35 years
    • Both males and females are allowed to apply.

    Working Hours: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM OR 10:00 PM- 8:00 AM

    Weekend: Any 2 days after 2 Months; (Saturday/Sunday/ Monday)

    • Tk. 18,000 - 23,000 (Monthly)
